Mike - will post setting rules shortly. Was going to last night but ran out of time. I'll link in the next couple of days.

Steboacha - also welcome. Although I fail to see the significance of the 4th rotation!

Inept - I'll save the Massacre of the Gungans for another time! Was yours just a random post or did you want in to? Wasn't clear!
