This is a continuation of Terror on the High Seas, my 50 Fathoms game from Rot 4 last year. 50 fathoms is a Largely Maritime game, set in the cursed world of Caribdus. There is a well developed Plot point Campaign, as well as numerous Savage Tales. The world of Caribdus is slowly drowning, it will not be very long before there is no dry land at all. Meanwhile, our heroes have managed to find new enemies In the pirate town of Brigandy Bay, and discovered a mysterious message from the past regarding a certain Laevas Laerk. A message that could lead to untold riches, and who knows how much peril? Thay have survived an encounter with a giant octopus, and fought Chinese opium growers. Now they find themselves washed up in the town of Baltimus, a place now dominated by the British East India Company, and a place where no pirate can reveal their identity. Here is a place where they can take stock and reprovision their ship. Can they achieve fame and fortune, can they discover all the secrets of Laevas Laerk, and will they also be able to they stop the world from drowning? Our heroes will need to be brave and resourceful, and capable of holding their breath for a VERY Long time!
