Ross is having full plate mail. Due to his noble family background. Why not have gloves of climbing with the family crest on ?

Richard as a reminder. Choose the character you want. Start at 3rd level. You have adventured with the group since level 1.
So you will need to sort out a character level 3 and character at level 20. Any issues we can sort them out next week
