They carried him out on the barren sand
where the rebel captains died;
Where the grim grey rotting gibbets stand
as Magellan reared them on the strand,
And the gulls that haunt that lonesome land
wail to the lonely tide

Discussion thread for the TimeZero game I'll be running in rotation 3, which will forever more be remembered as the Andy's Game (rolls eyes). You should all get you PDFs of the players guide in the near future, thanks for providing your email addresses. Please use this thread to hash out your character concepts prior to the first week of the game.

Also Doug, you had best submit that deed poll application to change your name to Andy ASAP. :D

Hello all. I finally got around to sending the players guide out (sorry for delay), check your email. :D It's attached via Dropbox, due to the size of the file.

Some house rules;

1: If you roll a critical failure, you must spend two bennies if you wish to reroll it.

2: I will not be giving out bennies when a joker is dealt, sorry. :p

3: I dont like (or really understand) how hypnoskills are supposed to work, so I will be changing that subsystem to make it easier to manage.

That's all for now. :D

To carry on the topic from the Games proposals thread about characters. I ran through the usual possibilities of people in history like Victorian gentleman or medieval personages, I think even Nikolai Tesla's lab assistant cropped up but I settled on 'Roadie' as that seemed a bit more original and offered some interesting skills!

What can I say, it appealed to me!

I've already worked out his recruitment 'event' too.

'It was all about being louder than everyone else. Everybody knew it and it was my job to make sure The Agents of Camelot were up there with the best of them. This was their final show of the 'Fury of the Norsemen' tour after all.

All I needed to do was boost the amps up by another 10% volume and we'd melt the ears off the audience. The tinitus was going to last for days. It was going to be amazing! I'd got the main PA open in bits in front of me, my pliers and gaffer tape at the ready. All I had to do was splice this wire with this one. I didn't realise I hadn't switched the mains off...

Suddenly a strange man appeared before me. He said "Do you want to die or do you want to join us?"...

And the rest, if you'll pardon the pun, is history.'
Why does my D20 only go up to 4?

So everyone else only went up to 10, but you wanted to take it to 11 right?

There's an appeal.on the form but want to check if they have anything.they can give me as well.

mikeawmids - Thu 2 May - 18:18

I have sent a message to the Coronation Club FB profile asking what the appeal process is, just in case there is no-one on site tonight who can answer that question.

Sarge - Thu 2 May - 11:17

That was the last week of the rotation. Definitely challenge if you are sure you signed in

rhodsey - Wed 1 May - 13:36

I've just had a fine for the car park at club in post for 18th April. Pretty sure I signed in but could have missed it however just checking did anyone else get one for same night? before I challenge

Kaltek - Thu 11 Apr - 19:14

Just outside the car park now, there are still a few people from the wake at the moment

Garuda - Thu 11 Apr - 17:39

Should have read the posts below better. Looks like I'll be giving it a miss this week.

Garuda - Thu 11 Apr - 17:36

Did club indicate wake will go on all evening? Not a fan of gaming in the bar.

Temrane - Thu 11 Apr - 17:25
