Just seen a brief preview of this forthcoming D&D 5th Ed sourcebook from Cublicle7

Playable Cultures


Bardings, Beornings, DĂșnedain, Dwarves of the Lonely Mountain, Elves of Mirkwood, Hobbits of the Shire, Men of Bree, Men of the Lake, Men of Minas Tirith, Riders of Rohan, Woodmen of Wilderland

Character Classes

Scholar, Slayer, Treasure Hunter, Wanderer, Warden, Warrior

There is another attribute called 'Shadow', a saving throw called 'Corruption' and a skill called 'Riddle (Int)'

Only had a quick look through, but like the books it is very low magic. No specific spell casting classes

If I get a chance, I'll try and download to my iPad and bring it in tonight

Just had a little more of a read, and whilst there are no specific classes presented, it doesn't mean you cant have spell casters. e.g. Cleric of Valar, Sorcerer of the mystic cult of the Blue Wizards etc...

I've pre-ordered this. I've downloaded the pdf copy and am pleasantly surprised to find that it's not just a reskinned version of The One Ring. It's slightly improved and has expanded content too.

Timescale for release of the hardback printed copy of the Player's Guide is now given as November, so I guess the Loremaster's Guide may not appear until New Year now?
