However for those just joining the group recently or not keeping up with the many posts perhaps it would be prudent to summarize a locked sticky in the general discussion titles something along the lines of 'I want to GM, what do I do?' and another called 'I want to be a player, what do I do?'.

This will be a one stop location plainly spelling out what happens when you post a game and how to join one, so that folks dont have to trawl the forum. It would also be good practice to replicate this on the facebook page.
