What if you miss it? Are over subscribed games going to draw players from a hat?

Very good FB post - congrats Sant.

In summary,

Max of 2 continuation games in any one Rotation;
Max of 5 players per game;
Games posted for next Rotation during first 4 weeks of current Rotation and unlocked at an agreed, published date about 4 weeks before the end of the current Rotation so all players have the same opportunity to sign up.
Wow that is more concise than mine.

I removed the post Mike as it really wasn't a serious one. The idea of posting the rules to FB is a good one, but it needs writing properly

No, its always been first come first served (believe it or not), so the first 4 or 5 players who sign up are in the game. The GM can offer up another run of the game in a later rotation to cater for the extra interest

In response to Sant's question about when we unlock the threads....

I'm not sure we should have a specific time, as that'll just trigger a whole new argument - sorry, discussion - about what time is best for the most people. Perhaps it should be random and folk will just have to check in when they are able? It does mean that whoever unlocks the threads gets advantage and likely get into the game they want, but there's nothing we can do about that.

I'd be happy to unlock at midnight. I'm at work and don't have time to constantly check the forum.

yeah they took a picture of it and said they'd get it cancelled. I've just put an appeal in to be safe and have messaged the club on facebook

mikeawmids - Sat 18 May - 15:17

I spoke to the barperson, and she spoke to a committee member. Did you show them the docs you were sent?

rhodsey - Sat 18 May - 13:11

Just got a reminder for that parking fine the club were going to quash. Mike who was it you spoke to there?

mikeawmids - Thu 2 May - 18:18

I have sent a message to the Coronation Club FB profile asking what the appeal process is, just in case there is no-one on site tonight who can answer that question.
