TOPIC: Quick Survey to help with a dissertation

A Friend of a friend is apparently doing research for their PHD on DND and DND players and I've been asked if I can do the survey and pass it on if anyone else is willing. If you can it would be appreciated. I've done so and didn't really take too long. Blurb and links below:

Hey! As many of you would know, I'm doing research on Dungeons & Dragons for my PhD!! (Living the nerd dream) As part of that I would like to collect people's opinions and experiences - so I built a couple of surveys! There's even one for non-players (and that's important too).
