HI Paul
if you need any specific advice on this give me a shout, I have been working for myself from home for years...
I also have an at risk condition so I can tell you what I'm doing and share my risk assessment if you want. will post my phone number in PM.
Red Wine should always be opened and allowed to breathe....

if it doesn't apply mouth to bottle resuscitation.

Morning all,

My first time out of bed since Monday and its a massive effort just to get down the stairs.

Me, my wife and now my six year old have the virus. It's a bastard. Was on the brink of being admitted to ITU on ventilator on Monday but they stabilised my vitals and x-rays show disease has only infected one lung. With heartrate bought down, SATS up and one lung to work with I was deemed well enough to go home to isolate. We've had ambulance out three times in all and was on the point of being trundled off to the QE again but I refused as once they stabilise me again they'd send me home and I know I hardly have the strength to stand up let alone get myself back home from Harborne again.

Boys and girls. Don't mess about with this. Don't take chances.

If you run out of milk and bread - they're not essentials. Don't go out. Drink water and eat whatever you find in a forgotten cupboard instead.

I'm not joking. Stay the fuck at home!
